To lead and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations by ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. The Warehouse Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and support the company’s logistics goals.

Essential Functions:
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Oversee daily production while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor production, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous learning.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
• Meeting regularly with the warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and maintain documentation for inspections and training.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will have access to sensitive operational information and must handle all such data with discretion, integrity, and in full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Supervisory Responsibility
The Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise all production and shipping personnel.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. The environment is subject to extreme variations in temperature.
